LIGHTING DESIGNER / LIGHTING DIRECTOR - L1

Lighting Designers and Directors are the core of our team. These artists can assist with any part of the lighting design process, from drafting and pre-viz, to onsite leadership and implementation. These are experts that can do it all, have the knowledge to execute on any timeline, and will successfully craft lighting to “wow” your audience or ensure your camera shots are perfect.

All are versed in Vectorworks and AutoCAD for drafting, WYSIWYG and Capture for Pre-Viz, and GrandMA3, GrandMA2, ETC Eos, Hog and Chamsys for lighting programming.

Rate: $1500/10 hour day, negotiable hourly for remote work

GAFFER / CAMERA SHOOT LIGHTING CHIEF - G1

Gaffers are the experts when all that matters is lighting the shot. We have worked with countless studios and on film locations to light beautiful scenes to be captured. Whether it’s for streaming, film, or TV, our Gaffers can ensure shooting days are smooth and efficient, and can work with the production team on the entire pipeline from conceptualization to the finished product.

Rate: $1300/10 hour day, negotiable

MASTER ELECTRICIAN - E1

Our Master Electrician are the backbone of any sized production. With the expertise in electrical design and distribution, they can facilitate anything from the smaller scale shows to large concerts with hundreds of amps of power running throughout the rig. They are also trained on rigging for lighting positions and can execute complex motor placements and truss positioning.

Rate: $1200/10 hour day 

LIGHTING PROGRAMMER - E1

Lighting Programmers are the experts of their consoles. From the industry-leading platforms like GrandMA3 and ETC EOS, to other consoles like Obisdian, Chamsys and Hog, our programmers are not only trained to be exceptionally knowledgeable, but to also work quickly and efficiently to meet the fast-paced shows and massive lighting rigs of today’s world.

Programmers are available to assemble pre-viz designs and pre-programming for particularly large-scale shows.

Rate: $1000/10 hour day

LIGHTING ASSIST - L2

As an all-purpose role, a Lighting Assist is designed to fit in with a lead designer and a programmer to accomplish tasks that need expertise, but cannot pull away focus from the lead roles. These include metering, assisting with focus, note-taking or updating showflows and documentation, writing follow-spot cues, and assisting with programming.

Rate: $900/10 hour day

ELECTRICIAN / GRIP / LIGHTING TECHNICIAN - E2

Electricians/Grips are specialized workers that can work off a plot or instructions to assemble a lighting rig or light a scene. They are trained in understanding paperwork and can rig, hang, and focus a rig. Electrician/Grips are certified on AWP (Boom, Scissor, Single Man) Lifts, and may also be able to operate forks and lulls (Please Inquire).

Rate: $800/10 hour day

JUNIOR ELECTRICIAN - E3

Our Junior Electricians are those that are just starting out, and are better suited for tasks on shows where little expertise is required, such as truss assembly, running feeder and cables, pushing cases, etc. These roles fill out our rosters on shows to keep costs down and allowing for plenty of personnel for quick setups and strikes.

Rate: $600/10 hour day
